I've made some changes to the file organization for this post. Instead of a compressed RAR file, each file is now uploaded separately as a PDF to make things easier.

You can now download the PDFs directly and there's no need to extract the files from the RAR.

I originally thought compressing the A4 and Letter format booklets into RARs would keep things tidy, but I realize now it might be confusing for people who expect a straightforward book download, especially if they're on mobile and not familiar with RAR files.
